Great warmup pants, but the sizing is off

I really love the style and fabric- it is pretty light yet cozy. But, the sizing is really weird- I went by the suze chart and ordered Large. It was way too big, but for some reason these warmup pants are always "Final Sale", and can't be returned, even if they are not on sale. Then I ordered Medium, and it is still way too big! I am going to try my luck with Small size next, but I will wait for them to go on sale- I have spent way too much money getting the wrong sizes. For the reference, I am 5'8", 117 lbs.
