These booties are very well designed. They keep my feet and ankles warm, which I have found reduces pain. I had some trouble finding the correct size, as they tend to run wide and long, except for the extra small, which ran very small. Now I use a size that runs a little big since they work well over pointe shoes. The bottoms of the booties are resilient and not too grippy or slippery.
