This is beautiful and fits nicely. The waistband is fantastic! I wish all skirts had this waistband!
The skirt itself is very cute and the material is nice, the only problem is the size runs too small. Two of us who always wear a size XL tried it on could not get it up over our hips. With some difficulty, we were able to get it on over our heads by maneuvering the waistband past our chests and found that the band is actually just the right size for our waists, it's just not stretchy enough to comfortably be pulled down past our chests or to be pulled up at all past our hips. Still giving it 3 stars though because it's a really nice skirt otherwise and I would have loved it if it had fit.
